Corrections are part of this platform's credibility model. We do not silently delete or rewrite published material when a correction history should be preserved.
What We Preserve
Every published correction on 74 Watch records:
- The original publication date
- The date of correction
- A description of the correction and the reason for it
- The source supporting the correction
- Original language, where appropriate, alongside the revised language
- A revised conclusion, where applicable
- A materiality classification — minor, substantial, or critical

Submitting a Correction Request
If you believe something we published needs correcting, use the Submit Evidence process from any matter page and note that your submission concerns a correction. Every submission is reviewed before any change is made.
